Any order in respect of a product contained within the website www.globstor.com requires prior consultation of the present general conditions of sale.
Any customer placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions of sale. As a result, the customer t is fully aware of the fact that its agreement on the content of these general conditions of sale does not require the handwritten signature of this document, to the extent that the customer wants to order online the products presented in the website www.globstor.com.
The customer has the option to save or print these terms of sale, being specified that both saving and editing of this document raise from its only responsibility.
The seller reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions of sale. It is therefore to the customer to ensure, during every order, he arranges last general current and available conditions of sale permanently on the website www.globstor.com.
The BDF Douineau SAS owns entirely the site www.globstor.com. Reproduction in whole or in part, is always subject to approval by BDF Douineau. However, hypertext links to the site are permitted without specific requests.
The sale prices mentionned on the site are in Euro and inclusive of all taxes but exclude delivery charges subject to a typographical error or obvious labeling information. The prices displayed on the site may be modified at any time. The price shall be that indicated on the website on the date of the registration of the order by the customer. Shipping fees are indicated to the customer at the end of the command in addition to the price of the selected products. The amount of shipping is determined by the amount of the basket.
4.1. Customer account creation
4.1.1. The transmission of an order by the Customer to GLOBSTOR involves giving to GLOBSTOR identification data such as names, postal and email address.
4.1.2. Creating a customer account by the Customer is optional. In the event that the Customer would create a new account, it must choose a username and a password.
4.1.3. The information provided by the Customer is essential for processing and delivery of the order, preparing invoices and warranty contracts, the absence of this information will result in the cancellation of the order passed on by the Customer to GLOBSTOR.
4.2. Methods of transmission of the Customer's order
To enable the Customer to place an order, GLOBSTOR makes available the following ways: - By Internet on GLOBSTOR’s website or web platforms and associated accessible 24/24 hours 7/7days - By phone (+) 33 240 975 540 The customer shall then indicate to the operator the references contained in the product data sheet, the possible options such as colors, sizes... Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 am and 2:00 till 5:00 pm (CET). All the information on the possible closure (Bank holidays, Annual closure ...) of our warehouse and sales department will be mentioned on the website under News.
4.3. Confirmation of the order by GLOBSTOR
4.3.1. At any order passed by the Customer to GLOBSTOR will be sent to the Customer a confirmation email to the address given by the Customer within 48 hours from the receipt of the order. The order confirmation will be considered validly made even if the email address provided by Customer is incorrect. 4.3.2. In the absence of confirmation by GLOBSTOR, the Customer's order shall be deemed not received by GLOBSTOR.
4.3.3. Only the effective payment of the order by the Customer and the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale will put the final validation of the order.
4.3.4. However, GLOBSTOR reserves the right to refuse any order passed by a client for whom there is an order or a payment dispute to regularize the situation.
5.1. No order can be sent to GLOBSTOR by Customer for a product that is not in stock at the date of confirmation of order.
5.2. If out of stock took place between the hours of the order and that of its receipt by GLOBSTOR, GLOBSTOR undertakes to inform the customer within 48 hours and offer him the choice: - Or the cancellation and repayment of the order - either shipping a similar product of equivalent quality and price.
6.1. GLOBSTOR provides the Customer several methods of payment: Payment by credit card: GLOBSTOR or through trusted third parties such as Mercanet BNP PARIBAS Secure or bank acting on its behalf and on behalf of the flow will proceed to the Customer's credit card the total price of the order (including delivery charges). In the absence of authorization from the flow of the credit card of the Customer, the Customer's order will not be accepted by GLOBSTOR. 6.2. As part of the fight against payment fraud, GLOBSTOR verifies the reliability of the information entered by the customer upon registration of the order. The Customer Service GLOBSTOR may request additional information to the Customer (ID, proof of address) to validate the purchase and shipment of the package.
7.1. Delivery location
The products ordered by Customer on the site GLOBSTOR can be delivered in France including Corsica, the French overseas territories DOM TOM and other countries.
7.2. Delivery date The estimated delivery time is determined according to the following elements: - The deadlines for confirmation of the order (24 to 48 hours maximum) corresponding to the time of confirmation of payment for the order and verify any client’s personal data. - The shipment of the order (see below 7.3) - The delivery time is based on the delivery method chosen by the customer and the country in which the delivery should be performed. Delivery times are detailed on the website.
7.3. Delivery time for products in stocks
7.3.1. When the Customer's order is sent, and confirmed 12 hours before GLOBSTOR - CET (Paris) time - Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, the shipment of the order will be made by GLOBSTOR later than within 48 hours.
7.3.2. All orders submitted by Customer and approved by GLOBSTOR after 12 am - Paris time – from Monday to Friday, except holidays and weekends will be shipped within 72 hours.
7.3.3. For orders sent to GLOBSTOR on bank holidays, annual closure (information in the News section) the shipping time will not exceed 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
7.3.4. In case of late delivery of more than 7 (seven) days under the deadline announced by GLOBSTOR delivery, the Customer may cancel the order concerned by registered letter with acknowledgment.
7.3.5. In this case, GLOBSTOR agrees to reimburse the sums paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment of the order.
7.3.6. The delivery times listed above are not valid for Corsica, the French overseas territories and the other countries. The delivery deadline will be defined according to each order and final destination.
8.1. No orders will be shipped by GLOBSTOR in the absence of payment of the full price except for promotional or marketing operations by providing differently.
8.2. The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer during the validation of the order and delivery against signature.
8.3. In the absence of the Customer or the consignee of the package in case of delivery to a different address, the carrier will leave a calling card allowing the withdrawal of the package.
8.4. GLOBSTOR therefore can not be held liable for any delays, defects or delivery problems that might arise from the provision of incorrect information by the Customer.
8.5. In case of non receipt of a package by the deadline, and once informed by the Client, GLOBSTOR run an enquiry of his carrier.
8.6. The customer will then receive an email stating that an investigation is opened. Response times are generally final of the carrier 14 to 21 days.
8.7. If the package is found, it is then sent to the Customer. The delivery procedure described above will follow its normal course.
8.8. If the parcel is lost, GLOBSTOR will notify the customer and then proceed with the formalities for exchange or refund of the command for the lost item (product and shipping).
9.1. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the conformity of products delivered with the order sent to GLOBSTOR and good condition of the goods delivered.
9.2. If necessary, the Client (or representative) must notify the carrier on the delivery and the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by his signature, any anomaly concerning the package or items delivered (shock, damage of the package, delivery date not in accordance with normal time of delivery service...).
9.3. In the event that such statements would not have been given on the delivery note presented to the Customer by the carrier, any claims relating to the status of the parcel would not be accepted after delivery by GLOBSTOR.
10.1. Cancellation policy: Within the framework of the provisions made in Article L.121-20 of the Consumers Code of Law, you may return any item that does not conform to your expectations within a period of 7 days from the delivery date. In this case, the buyer must pay for the return shipment. The product refund will be made by cheque or bank transfer within thirty days, at the latest, following the date on which this right was exercised.
10.2. Warranty In the event of a defect preventing normal use of the product delivered by GLOBSTOR, it may be returned under the terms of the contractual guarantee. In this case, the costs for returning the product ordered and delivered to the customer, as well as the possible delivery of another product shall be paid by Globstor.com. 12.3. The Customer may request GLOBSTOR either: - The delivery of a product identical to the one ordered, subject to availability - To deliver a quality product and price parity, subject to availability; - Refund of product price on the date of the order within 30 (thirty) days of request.
13.1. GLOBSTOR will not be liable for breach of contract: - In case of force majeure, blocking of telecommunications networks, strike, national emergency or local, bad weather without this list is not exhaustive, and - In case of fault of the customer - The unpredictable and irresistible action of a third player of the contract.
13.2. GLOBSTOR cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the improper use of products sold on the Site.
14.1. Personal data
14.1.1. GLOBSTOR collects and stores information about the customer, individual, forming personal data. This data is stored in an internal database.

15.3. Any use of the term GLOBSTOR is prohibited without the prior written permission of BDF Douineau. 15.4. Sites and their contents are protected under the Code of intellectual property, particularly copyright and trademark.
15.5. Under the Code of Intellectual Property and, more generally, international treaties and agreements containing provisions on the protection of copyright, the Customer agrees not to reproduce even partially, sell, distribute, transmit, distribute, adapt , modify, publish, in full or partially, in any form whatsoever presentation or organization of the Sites without the prior written BDF Douineau authorization.
15.6. Any violation of the rights and obligations listed above constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights of BDF Douineau.
