The forwarding of our goods is handled by shipment specialists recognized and selected according to the specific nature of your order: Geodis, DHL, or La Poste. 
The delivery costs are calculated according to the order total and following the scale of charges below for:

NOTE: We recommend that you indicate your name on the letterbox and on the doorbell of the shipment address specified in your order. Please also indicate your door code for your address, if you have one.

The shipment confirmation e-mail

You are informed by e-mail when each of your packages is shipped. This message contains a summary of the articles dispatched, the delivery address, as well as the date and method of shipment (often together with a traceability number).

In Your account, click on the “Your orders" button, then display the order in question. On the order summary, you will see a “Track packages" button.

HOW CAN I CHANGE A DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can edit, add, and delete an address in your account at any time:

  1. Access Your account by clicking on the button to the top right hand side of our pages
  2. Enter your e-mail address, your password and click on “Continue” if you are not identified.
  3. Select “Manage my adresses”

You will obtain a list of all the addresses recorded in your account.

  • To add a new address, click on “Enter a new address”.
  • To edit or delete an address, click on the "Edit” or “Delete” buttons above each address.
  • Once these changes have been made, click on “Continue shopping”. This will bring you back to our homepage.
